How much does a cleaning cost?

Each request is assessed according to the services chosen, the size and the condition of the home. We contact you to discuss your needs and agree on the price before any appointment.

Can I add a service from a higher package?

Yes. Every service can be added individually. And if a service is already part of your package, it is never charged twice.

Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?

No. We review your request, then contact you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm the price and availability. No payment is requested online.

Why send photos or videos?

They help us assess the work accurately. They are optional, stored privately and viewed only by our team.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Let us know in your request how we can access the home. We'll discuss it when confirming the quote.

I have pets. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Mention it in the form so we can plan the time and precautions needed.

Can you use eco-friendly products?

You can ask for it in the form. We'll confirm the products used with your quote.

Which areas do you serve?

All of Québec City, especially Charlesbourg and Beauport, plus several nearby municipalities. Check your area in the "Areas" section.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Yes, free of charge up to {hours} hours before the scheduled time. All the details (rescheduling, refunds, satisfaction) are in our terms of service, under “Cancellation”.
