Information collected

When you request a quote: name, email, phone number, area, details about your home, chosen package and services, date and time preferences, details about your needs, and any photos and videos you choose to send us.

Your address is optional at this stage: you can provide it only if you accept the quote.

Use

Your information is used only to assess your needs, prepare a quote, communicate with you and, if you accept the quote, schedule and perform the service.

We never sell or rent your information. We only use it for promotional purposes if you have separately consented.

Photos and videos

Files you send are kept in a private space, accessible only to authorized members of our team. They are never published. Please avoid including people, documents or items that could identify you.

Retention and security

Requests that do not lead to a service are deleted no later than 24 months after they are received. Client information is kept for as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal obligations.

We apply reasonable security measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), password-protected access, private file storage and access limited to authorized staff.

Service providers and hosting

Our technical providers (hosting, database, file storage, email delivery) may process certain information on our behalf under confidentiality agreements. If some are located outside Québec, we first assess that the protection offered is adequate.

Cookies and storage

This site only uses the storage it needs to work: a cookie that remembers your language; while you fill in the quote form, your answers are kept in your browser (session storage) and erased after sending or when the tab is closed; a note that you have read the storage information; and, for staff only, the administration session cookie.

No advertising cookies, no audience measurement and no tracking tools. You can erase this data at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Proof of your consent

When you send a request, we keep the date and time, the language used, the version of this notice and of the terms of service, and the exact text of the boxes you checked. This record is used only to show that your consent was given.

Consent to the collection of your information and acceptance of the terms of service are two separate boxes. Receiving offers is a third, always optional, choice.

Withdrawing consent or exercising your rights

Write to the person in charge listed below. We reply in writing no later than 30 days after receiving your request.

If you agreed to receive offers, every email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also simply reply and ask.

Confidentiality incidents

We keep a register of confidentiality incidents. If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we promptly notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned, and take the necessary steps to limit its effects.
